Who employed these graduates?

A large majority of Education graduates completed the PGDE (Post Graduate Diploma in Education) in either Primary or Secondary Teaching and almost all take up a probationary position in the Scottish education system.

These are a sample of the jobs of graduates from other Education subjects :

• M Ed Professional Development and Enquiry : Behaviour Support Teacher, East Dunbartonshire Council;
• M Ed Professional Development and Enquiry : History Teacher, South Lanarkshire Council;
• M Sc Educational Studies : Legal Consultant, Siam Legal Consultants, Thailand   etc

What did they go on to study?

Research and taught higher degrees at various institutions e.g.

• PGDE (Primary) : Law ,  University of Strathclyde.
