Unfortunately the University's Main Gate will remain closed to all traffic at least until November. However, pedestrians and cyclists are still able to use the Main gate. The Botany Gate will now be the only entrance for visitors and deliveries, and the Pearce Lodge gates will be used to exit the campus.
Entrance: The Botany Gate is located on map attached at Wolfson Medical School Building C8.
Exit: The Peace Lodge gates are located on the map attached at Pearce Lodge A4.

There will be vehicle access to the University campus for unloading and loading but unfortunately we cannot guarantee parking. The nearest Car Park is located off Great George Street. There is metered parking available on the roadside around campus.
I need accommodation, where can I stay?
Visit our Conference and Visitor Services Office for details on various hotels in Glasgow.
Can I deliver my stand and material before the day?
Unfortunately we do not have the space to allow deliveries before the event. Delivery of materials will only be accepted on Thursday 13th October from 0830.
All stand materials delivered must be clearly labelled stating the following:

Courier collections must be made by 1700 on Thursday 13th October. The venue will close then and any material left will be unsecured. We cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods.
Will I have internet access?
Hunter Halls has wireless internet but there is a download process required. If you would like this service, please contact Jo MacDonald, prior to the Fair.
