Is there parking available?
There will be vehicle access to the University campus for unloading and loading but unfortunately we cannot guarantee parking. However there is metered parking available on the roadside around campus.

I need accommodation, where can I stay?
Visit our Conference and Visitor Services Office for details on various hotels in Glasgow.   
   
Can I deliver my stand and material before the day?
Unfortunately we do not have the space to allow deliveries before the Fair. Delivery of materials will only be accepted on Monday 10th October 1300 - 1600 and Tuesday 11th October from 0830.
 
All stand materials delivered must be clearly labeled stating the following:  

Internship Fair, Hunter Halls, company name.
University of Glasgow

Glasgow
G12 8QQ
 
I need to arrange a courier to collect my stand, what’s the latest they can come?
Courier collections must be made by 1700 on Tuesday 11th October. The venue will close then and any material left will be unsecured. We cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods.

Will I have internet access?
Hunter Halls has wireless internet but there is a download process required. If you would like this service, please contact Lesley Mckay, prior to the Fair.
