Committed to providing support for lifelong learning, the Continuing Professional Development Unit was set up in 1990 and is one of the foremost providers of high quality short courses for practising veterinary surgeons in the UK.

The courses are very popular with practitioners interested in varying aspects of veterinary medicine. These cover a broad range of species and have a heavy practical component with an emphasis on hands-on training appropriate to practice.
