Professional accreditation

Professional accreditation is important because it means that graduates need complete only the Assessment of Professional Competence for the relevant profession in order to obtain chartered status as MRICS and/or MRTPI.

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

We are pleased to announce that the RICS has accorded full professional accreditation to the following degrees:

  • MSc in City Planning & Real Estate Development
  • MSc in Real Estate
  • MSc in Real Estate & Regeneration

RICS accreditation is currently being sought for the MSc in International Real Estate.

 

 

 

Royal Town Planning Institute

We are also pleased to announce that the RTPI has granted full professional accreditation to the following degrees:

  • MSc in City & Regional Planning
  • MSc in City Planning & Real Estate Development
  • MSc in City Planning & Regeneration
  • MSc in International Planning Studies

These four Master degrees are recognised by the RTPI as combined accredited qualifications, allowing those who successfully complete one of these degrees to progress towards Chartered Membership of this Institute.
