Vacancies - temporary Lecturer/University Teacher in Mathematics

We are currently advertising for two temporary Lecturer/University Teacher positions in Mathematics.

The University of Glasgow, established in 1451, is a member of the UK's Russell Group of leading universities. The University is committed to enhancing its position as one of the world's great broad-based research-intensive universities.

Possessing a good first degree in mathematics and either a PhD, or nearly completed PhD with relevant teaching experience in mathematics or a related field, you will carry out the delivery of teaching, assessment, project supervision, curriculum design and associated administrative & pastoral duties related to the School of Mathematics and Statistics undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. For appointment as a Lecturer, you will also conduct and publish research in Pure and/or Applied Mathematics that complements research activity in the School.
