KMS states on Nica-Toeplitz algebras

Abstract
In this talk we explore the existence of KMS states on the Nica-Toeplitz algebra associated to a compactly aligned product system X over a quasi-lattice ordered monoid P. In particular, we present several results in the case where P is an Artin monoid, canonically sitting inside an Artin group G, including some previously known results and some new ones. This is joint work with Marcelo Laca and Nadia Larsen, and it extends previous results proved by Afsar, Larsen and Neshveyev.
