On derived equivalence for a 7-dimensional flop associated to G_2 Grassmannians

Abstract
We discuss a 7-dimensional flop that comes from the geometry of G_2 homogeneous varieties. We construct tilting bundles on both sides of the flop, and show derived equivalence for the flop using those tilting bundles.
