Abstract

Categories can be imbued with all sorts of structures, carrying more information and (hopefully) allowing for interesting results to be discovered. In this talk we will introduce tensor triangular structures and some of the questions surrounding them. Although this will mainly be algebra related, I will aim for the material to be accessible to non-specialists.
