Welcome to Life Sciences

On behalf of all my colleagues I am delighted to welcome you to the School of Life Sciences and University of Glasgow. The School is part of the College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences, the largest of the four colleges in the University, and renowned for its pioneering research, teaching and superb facilities for undergraduate and postgraduate study.

A degree in the biological sciences from this University will equip you well for the future , whatever you do on completion of your studies. In rising to the challenges you will face, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to make a meaningful contribution to any future career.
