Research in intellectual property

Intellectual Property Law at the University of Glasgow has a particular focus on digital technology and the creative industries.

The award of the national Research Council UK copyright hub CREATe in 2012 recognised the Law School as the leading destination for interdisciplinary research at the junction of technology, social science and law.

Individual academics retain their own research agenda across the full range of intellectual property scholarship.
