Enrolment

Welcome

MyCampus is the university’s student information system that is used throughout the year by students to view class timetables, record absences, check assignments and grades, and check their financial account. Before the start of each academic year students will use MyCampus to complete registration and enrolment and to manage their personal, academic and financial information.

You will be able to enrol on courses only after you have completed Academic Registration through MyCampus. Please then complete Financial Registration as soon as you can and by 22 September 2013 at the latest.

MyCampus is accessed through the student portal – MyGlasgow

Full details of the Registration process, including more details about fee sponsorship, can be found here.

MyCampus

Once registered, you can begin to enrol on courses and classes using MyCampus. Throughout the year you will access MyCampus to see your class and exam timetables, record any absences you may have, amend your enrolments during the add/drop period or check your assignments and grades.

  • shows you with a neutral expression
  • shows you on your own
  • is in colour, not black and white
  • is recent (i.e. taken within the last 3 months)
  • is clear and in sharp focus, with a clear difference between your face and the background, ideally taken against a plain light background
  • does not show you with red-eye
  • is of you facing forward and looking straight at the camera
  • is not torn, creased, or marked
  • is taken with your eyes open and clearly visible (no sunglasses or tinted glasses)
