Students' Association

The Crichton Universities Students' Association (CUCSA) is run by students, for students. A real partnership success, it comprises an elected committee of students from both the University of Glasgow and the University of the West of Scotland.

Everybody is in the same boat on the first day at university, and the Students' Association really help to put you at your ease and settle in. Together, the team organises a wide range of events during Freshers' Week and throughout the year, helping you to meet other students and really enjoy life in the University Town of Dumfries.

This is your chance to get involved! As we're a small campus you can really make your mark. Whether you'd like to start a new club or society, run some wacky charity events, represent the views of your classmates, or simply be part of a team helping new students to settle in and make the best of their university years, you will be warmly welcomed.
