CSPE at the Glasgow Science Festival

‌The Centre for the Study of Perceptual Experience (CSPE) is taking part in this year’s Glasgow Science Festival, with researchers demonstrating the latest research on the science and philosophy of the senses. See event listings for details.

F‌ollowing the success of last year’s event, researchers from the University of Glasgow’s Centre for the Study of Perceptual Experience (CSPE) will once again be taking part in the Glasgow Science Festival, demonstrating some of the latest research in the philosophy and science of multisensory perception.

GSF Innovates at Kelvingrove

Come to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum between 12:30 and 4:30pm on Saturday 11th, or between 12 and 3pm on Sunday 12th June, to experience the mysterious and surprising world of the multisensory perception and perceptual illusions.

Participate in fun interactive activities that demonstrate how our senses work to create an integrated experience of the world—and what happens when they go wrong!

Researchers from the CSPE will also be giving talks on Sunday 12th June at the Boyd Orr lecture theatre as follows:
