The Glasgow Research Partnership in Engineering (GRPE) Conference
Issued: Tue, 11 Jun 2013 09:39:00 BST
The Glasgow Research Partnership in Engineering (GRPE) is a major programme in collaborative research enabled by Scottish Funding Council (SFC) investment and involving the four Universities in the West of Scotland. The GRPE is building world class research capability under three Joint Research Institutes (JRIs); in Electronics, Communications and Power Systems (ECPS), Environmental, Infrastructure and Transportation Engineering (EIT) and in Mechanics of Materials, Structures and Bioengineering (MSB).
The GRPE has been in existence for 5 years and to record the milestone, a GRPE Conference will be held on the 19th June 2013 in the Glasgow Science Centre. The meeting will highlight the best of the research outputs from the cohort of talented postgraduate students supported by the initiative.
