Salary: Grade 8 £39,649 - £45,941 / Grade 9 £47,314 - £53,233 per annum

Applications are invited for a lecturer/senior lecturer/reader in physical chemistry to undertake research complementing and enhancing our existing strengths in ultrafast chemical physics, photonic metamaterials, and biomolecular structure & dynamics (www.gla.ac.uk/schools/chemistry/research/ds/). The successful candidate will be expected to undertake and publish world-class research; to raise funds in order to support their research programme, postdoctoral research staff, and PhD students; to contribute to the physical chemistry teaching programme of the School and perform the normal administrative duties expected of a member of academic staff.
