Chemistry at Work event to be held 11 and 12 June 2013 at the University of Glasgow. We would like to invite your school to bring two teams of six S1 pupils to this event. This event is aimed at S1 pupils and will be run by the School of Chemistry. There will be four two-hour sessions over the two days running from 1000 – 1200 and 1100 – 1300 each day; subject to availability.

In the two hours, pupils will take part as a team of six in a series of hands-on activities and will also meet some stimulating chemistry role models who will discuss their varied careers, finishing off with an exciting lecture demonstration.

Please register your interest before Wednesday 24th April at the latest. Places will be allocated on a first come basis and will be confirmed by Friday 26th April.
