Research interests

Leadership, organizational behaviour, international business and management with a preference to bring a philosophical and sociological perspective, and management in China.

Biography

After obtaining her PhD at University of Otago (New Zealand) in 2011, Haina joined the University of Glasgow. Haina holds MSc degree at University of Reading (UK) and has research experience in both Hong Kong and mainland China. She also had academic visits to Canada and Australia before.
