How to write a research proposal
A PhD is expected to make a significant and original contribution to knowledge. Thus, in a research proposal for a PhD, you need to explain how your research is likely to be original and how it will contribute to your field of study. Research is required to write the proposal and it must be convincing and be able to exist as a stand alone document. If you are applying for a scholarship, please follow the proposal length guidelines for scholarship call.
