Overview

All courses notionally 30 hours as follows

Preparation reading/background materials (sent out 2 weeks prior to on-line sessions) 6 hours
Teaching on-line teaching sessions (over 2 week period) 4 x 1.5 hrs = 6 hrs
PBL we facilitate on-line interactions for students to continue to work on topic (concurrent with teaching) 4 hrs
Tutorial question and answer opportunity moderated by 1 of us 2 x 1 hr = 2 hrs
Plenary all contributors available 1 hr
Application resource of on-line illustrated materials/ vignettes/ case descriptions to aid clinical application of knowledge 6 hr
Consolidation students continue to read around topic including specialized areas of interest 5 hr
