3 sets of 4 images showing the diffusion perfusion assessment of the ischaemic penumbra following a permanent MCAO in the rat. 1. Quantitative CBF. 2. ADC map. Indicating the perfusion and diffusion deficit on 4 slices throughout the MCA territory at 1 hour following stroke. and 3. the thresholded CBF and ADC maps showing the diffusion perfusion mismatch.
