Menacing Microbiology Science Club

Welcome to the web page dedicated to the  Wellcome Trust Centre for Molecular Parasitology Schools Science Club.

We want to understand how these parasites work the molecules and interactions that make them tick

We have been lucky enough to have won a Royal Society Partnership award.  This will allow our Centre in partnership with local schools Hillhead High  and  Hyndland Secondary to run a monthly science club. Teachers from both schools Jenny Hewitt and Joanne Freel will work in partnership with WTCMP scientists Dr Tansy Hammarton and Dr Sonya Taylor. We  aim to make the science club a fun environment for hands on science learning. More information on how you can sign up for the club is available from your school.
