17th Glasgow Virology Workshop
The 17th Glasgow Virology Workshop will be held on Saturday 11th February 2012 in the Western Infirmary Lecture Theatre, Glasgow. This annual meeting brings together virologists from Glasgow and other Scottish and UK Centres. There will be three invited major speakers, and a number of shorter talks representing a selection of the best current virology research in Scotland.
The main speakers are:
Adolfo Garcia-Sastre (Mount Sinai Medical School, New York,USA)
Hong Zhou (Electron Imaging Center for Nanomachines, UCLA, USA)
Mark Harris (University of Leeds, UK)
The registration fee of £40 (£20 for postgraduate students and retired scientists) includes a buffet lunch and a wine reception after the workshop. The fee is waived for undergraduates.
