Professor Andrew Briggs was invited to speak at the above symposium which was held by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers - Biomedical Division on 20th June 2013.  The topic of his presentation was How Should Government Deal with New, Expensive Medical Technologies? A Case Study in Evidence Development – Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI).
