Protein and Nucleic Acid Characterisation Facility

Protein and Nucleic Acid Characterisation Facility

The Protein and Nucleic Acid Characterisation Facility  offers a wide variety of biophysical techniques, including fluorescence, circular dichroism, UV-VIS, FTIR, isothermal calorimetry, and surface plasmon resonance (SPR), to support Research & Development by analysing structural integrity, stability, and interactions with other macromolecules, ligands, and membranes.

The PNACF can also provide the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries with a biophysical characterisation service to test the integrity of biotherapeutics during drug development.
