Practice-based learning

The programme includes practice -based learning, particularly in Units 3 and 4, where the participants will be required to carry out a whole school strategic improvement intervention in their own establishment. Much of the work of Units 3 and 4 will consist of carrying out and evaluating the programme of activities in school, which have been agreed in Unit 2 and reflecting on the critically on their leadership of this intervention.
