Physics: Advanced Materials
Course Description
This Masters programme lasts one year (full-time) and contains 180 credits. You will undertake 120 credits of advanced laboratories and lecture courses in Semesters 1 and 2. Your curriculum will be flexible and tailored to your prior experience and chosen research project. Semester 1 courses will focus on building core theoretical and experimental/computational skills relevant to the area of advanced materials, while courses taken in Semester 2 will build key research skills – in preparation for the extended 60 credits project which runs over the summer period.
