Organisational Leadership (Oman) MSc

This programme is delivered through Majan University College in Oman on a distance learning basis with intensive study weekends. It is available to students in Oman and surrounding countries.

  • The programme combines a general focus on the leadership of organisations, with a focus on the leadership of specific human services and agency sectors.
  • It is a blended programme with intensive teaching days supported by substantial documentation on the University’s virtual learning environment Moodle.
  • People from various human service backgrounds, health, education and public service will share an understanding of leadership. It will also allow you to specialise in your own interest area.
  • The programme highlights the contextualized nature of leadership types and levels of leadership and their link to policy environments.
  • It will develop your personal leadership attributes, and will improve an understanding of the cultural and situational factors that shape leadership practice.

A first degree with 2.75 GPA. You should have leadership experience or currently be in a leadership position.
