Management with International Real Estate
Programme structure
The real estate variant of the general MSc Management complements the core courses with an exposure to the strategic management of real estate assets within organisations, providing graduates with an applied understanding of how real estate can support the core activities of any organisation and enable them to make informed financial decisions through the application of real estate valuation and appraisal techniques.
A compulsory workshop programme also operates through the first two semesters with two distinct elements:
1. Reflective learning exercises, including induction events (involving outdoor challenges and cross-cultural team building), investigate drama workshops, strategic case analyses and a business ethics debate
2. Career development sessions, involving essay and exam answering workshops, CV writing sessions, interview simulations, careers advice shops and job market analysis meetings.
