Programme structure

This programme is unusual in emphasising that leadership is not simply a senior management role, but rather needs to be more widely dispersed throughout the organisational hierarchy. Moreover the notion of leadership is emphasised and illustrated throughout the individual courses in the degree rather than just being covered in 1 or 2 standalone modules on leadership. The concept of leadership that is emphasised is one that is very context-based, rather than being a generic concept or set of skills applicable in all circumstances.
