- MSc: 12 months full-time
All of the core and optional courses you take will emphasise the development leadership qualities. Our approach to leadership is that it is not simply a senior management role, but rather needs to be more widely dispersed throughout the organisational hierarchy.

A 2.1 Honours degree or equivalent, in business, commerce, economics, management or a joint degree with 30% of credits in the aforementioned. Applications may also be considered from those with degrees in sociology and/or psychology or in related subjects containing organisational behaviour, management psychology, the science of leadership and/or human resource development.
