"...the University offers an exciting mix of studies and fun.  Use it to the maximum to enjoy personal and academic growth.

I firmly believe that this one-year programme has equipped me more thoroughly in the core areas of finance. I find myself more able to accept challenging roles in the ever-evolving world of finance. The programme has made me more aligned with the current issues in finance and has improved my understanding of the same. In short it has made me more confident in approaching my chosen field of profession.

During the programme, there is plenty to learn and the University offers an exciting mix of studies and fun. Use it to the maximum to enjoy personal and academic growth. Make full use of simulating classroom sessions and of course the amazing library facility!"

"There are excellent resources in the University library and also the Adam Smith library for social sciences students.  I now work for Deloitte as an auditor and my next objective is to gain promotion to chief financial officer.  I had a good general grounding from my undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance but I think that my postgraduate studies have provided the foundation for my future and I do believe they will benefit me for the rest of my life.

The courses that make up the programme were very useful and the curriculum is flexible enough to allow you to broaden your scope and find something you really enjoy. You will have a lot of opportunities to communicate with people... There are excellent resources in the University library and also the Adam Smith library for social sciences students.  The Adam Smith library also provides a good place to study with access to lots of online resources.  Last, but not least, the teachers are nice and students are easy to get along with even though everyone comes from so many different countries. You will have a good experience if you come to Glasgow."
