Corporate Governance & Accountability

Programme structure

The MSc Corporate Governance and Accountability programme offers a strongly financial theme in the first semester, but allows students the chance of specialisation through further studies
in finance, or in management, or in law.

The programme is offered on a full time basis, and takes 12 months to complete. There are three semesters:

• Semester 1: three compulsory, 20 credit courses
• Semester 2: one compulsory course in research methods and a choice of three electives
• Semester 3: a dissertation
