Financial Risk Management

Funded Places

For exceptional applicants the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow provides an additional contribution of up to 5,000 GBP towards costs of living and maintenance.

This programme is one of two Adam Smith Business School programmes eligible for Scottish Funding Council (SFC) places. In total 20 Business School funded places are available to full-time and part-time applicants who will commence study in the next academic session (2013-14).

The Scottish Funding Council has attached specific eligibility criteria to these funded places. They are open for applicants domiciled in Scotland and the European Union. For further information and guidance on eligibility criteria, please refer to: SAAS: Residence conditions: EU nationals and family members of such.

Applicants who wish to be considered for one of these funded places should submit their postgraduate taught application form as normal through our Online Postgraduate Online Application System, and as part of their application include the SFC fund form justifying their eligibility for a funded place.

We encourage applicants to apply by 31 May 2013 in the first instance.

The SFC funding is for tuition only. You may also wish to investigate additional funding options which are available to students undertaking postgraduate taught study. Full information can be found at: Scholarships and fees: UK and EU: Postgraduate taught. If allocated a funded place then a fee waiver for the Home/EU tuition fees will be awarded to the place holder.
