Computing Science (MRes)

Project

The MRes programme culminates in a research project, in which you will investigate a challenging but constrained research problem. The project will integrate subject knowledge and generic skills that you acquire during the MRes programme.

We offer a wide range of projects, and each student is normally allocated a different project. We take your preferences into account when we allocate the projects.

You will also have the opportunity to propose your own project, subject to academic approval.

• Empirical investigation of popular matchings
• Extension and analysis of the glycolytic pathway of the blood form of Trypanosoma brucei
