Civil Engineering & Management
MSc project
From May, you will work on an individual project. This is your opportunity to apply the knowledge you have learned during the programme; to pursue an area of research that particularly interests you and to demonstrate to future employers that you have been involved in cutting-edge work relevant to the industry.
The project work will be completed under the supervision of an academic member of staff from either the School of Engineering or the Business School. You also have the possibility to undertake your project at another university, research institute or industrial partner. This option must be agreed in advance with the programme director.
Students are required to submit a dissertation and present the results of their project work in the form of an oral or poster presentation in August.
