My offer
How do I know if you have received my application?
Once we receive your application, we will send an email to acknowledge receipt. The email will include an application reference number which you should use if you need to make an enquiry on the progress of your application.
How long will it take to hear a decision?
We aim to respond to your application within seven working days, but for some programmes and during busy times, this may take longer. To allow us to deal with your application as quickly as possible, we ask that you attach all required documents to your application and that you do not enquire about your application until three weeks have expired.
What happens if I'm offered a place?
Your offer will either be conditional or unconditional. If you are offered an unconditional place you will be asked to accept or decline this as soon as possible. You can accept your offer by emailing the Admissions team.
Please ensure that you accept your offer as soon as possible as accepting your offer late may cause delays in the production of your registration pack and your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
How do I change my conditional offer to unconditional?
If you receive a conditional offer, you will be asked to send or upload additional supporting documents to meet the conditions. Your offer letter will list all the conditions that apply to your offer. If you are not sure what to send us, please email the Admissions team.
You do not need to contact the Postgraduate Admissions Office when you have sent or uploaded your supporting documents. If you have met the conditions satisfactorily, you will automatically be sent an unconditional offer.
Do I need to accept my unconditional offer?
We ask you to accept your unconditional offer within 4 weeks of receiving your offer. Once you have accepted your unconditional offer, we will send you a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) necessary to apply for a visa. A CAS will not be issued until you have accepted an unconditional offer.
