Update your term-time address to receive your new Campus Card

Update your term-time address to receive your new Campus Card

Issued: Thu, 02 Mar 2017 11:28:00 GMT

The Campus Card Project is set to begin replacing all student ID cards at the University of Glasgow’s Gilmorehill, Garscube and Dumfries campuses.

As well as replacing your existing student ID card, the new Campus Card will offer greater security as well as the capability for a range of smart campus features to be introduced in the coming years.

What you need to do:

For most students, your Campus Card will be sent to your term-time address in the coming weeks.

Make sure both your term-time and home addresses are up-to-date in MyCampus by Sunday 26 March. This is to ensure we will send your Campus Card to the correct address.

When you get your new card:

When your Campus Card arrives, be sure to also keep hold of your existing student ID card. You will still need it to allow access to the Library and sports facilities until all of the hardware is upgraded (expected to be in early June).

We will post information at each of the locations where the upgrade has been completed and where the new Campus Card will be in operation. We will also issue additional information along with your new Campus Card.

The photo on your current student ID card will be carried over to your new card. Unfortunately, the photo can't be changed.
