World changing staff & students inspire new microsite

Published: 10 January 2017

Are you a University of Glasgow world changer, or do you know one? We want to hear from you! VIDEO

Calling all world changers! The Marketing, Recruitment and International Office have created a microsite to celebrate the big and small ways in which current students, staff and recent Glasgow graduates are making the world a better place.

Our launch group of #UofGworldchangers are setting records, founding charities and student societies, changing lives and saving our environment. To meet them, visit uofgworldchangers.com

Staff member Charlotte McCarroll features on the site in recognition of her skills as a scientist, diversity hero and…seahorse. Watch her video now to find out more.

If you know a current student or staff member that you think we should shout about, we’d love to know. You can make your suggestions in minutes using our online form at uofgworldchangers.com/share or contact katy.mcnair@glasgow.ac.uk with the name of your suggested world changer, and what they do.

The site is a work-in-progress, so keep checking back to see new stories and featured people every month.
