Welcome to the study abroad website. This page helps you advise your students on all aspects of studying abroad at the University of Glasgow. On the right, you will find helpful links and downloads.

Year and Semester 1 - 1st MaySemester 2 - 5th November
Housing
Applications for housing are now made online. Once accepted to the programme, your student will be emailed a reference number and instructions on making your application for accommodation online. Further guidance can be seen on our Residential Services website. We guarantee your students a place in university accommodation so long as they apply as soon as possible after receiving your acceptance.
Emergency Procedures
The University of Glasgow has an emergency planning team in place. Procedures are in place to guide staff on initial response to a major emergency on campus, however, these are not available online for security reasons On arrival, all students are issued with an Emergency Contact Card. The card has a 24 hour telephone number which can be called should a student encounter an emergency/serious incident on or off campus.
