I would describe studying at the University of Glasgow as a vibrant, rich and energetic educational experience. The transport network and shopping facilities are worthy of commendation. I really enjoy walking through the lovely scenery of the local parks and the Botanic Gardens.

My Studies
I wanted to study in the UK as the UK education is recognized, respected and highly valued all over the world. I chose to study at the University of Glasgow after I discovered a course (Master of Public Health) with the exact contents that I wanted and would suit my future career progression. I immediately knew it was the right choice because of the efficiency displayed by all the staff: the staff at the University are nice, friendly and approachable. The University attracts a large number of international students from diverse nationalities, cultures and backgrounds.
As a Pharmacist, my profession largely involves the administration of pharmaceutical knowledge, skills and resources to a wide population. My course (Master of Public Health) will further equip me to engage in improving the health in my country, as new structures back home require the role of more Public Health professionals. This course will also give me a very good edge over my peers, career wise.
