Entry requirements

We welcome students to the University of Glasgow with a variety of different qualifications. Therefore we have a team of experts that will equate any of the qualifications you hold to our entry requirements. All you have to do, is let us know the type of qualification you have and the grade you hold in it.

Undergraduate

Fullstandigit Slutbetyg fran Gymnasieskolan 

For students studying the Fullstandigit Slutbetyg fran Gymnasieskolan  the minimum requirements we would accept would be the following:

Applicants are required to achieve an overall average of 17.5 out of 20, with MVG in the majority of subjects of which 2 must be subjects relevant to the course in which is intended on being studied.

International Baccalaureate

A minimum of 34 points is required to be considered for an offer. Actual offers will specify subjects and grades to be attained at Higher Level.

Postgraduate

We will consider applications to Masters degrees from graduates holding a Bachelors Degree or Kandidatexamen. Applicants with a GPA of 3.0 above in the Bachelors or Godkand in the Kandidatexamen may be considered for postgraduate study.
