In order to process your request we require a scanned image (note: digital photographs are not suitable) of your passport open at the pages showing your photo and personal details. After completing this request form please scan your passport to either of a PDF or JPG file format (not exceeding 8Mb in size) and email it to abroad@admin.gla.ac.uk.
