Congress Information Desk

To complete their registration, delegates went at the following times to the Congress Information Desk, located in the Concert Hall within the main Gilmorehill Campus of the University of Glasgow (A12 on Campus Map):

Sunday 17 July: 14.00 - 18.00h
Monday 18 July onwards: 08.00 - 18.00h

They  received a delegate bag containing tickets for any booked events and for any lunches ordered, a name badge (which must be worn at all times to gain access to the Congress venues), a Programme and an Abstract book, and useful information about the University and the City of Glasgow.

Cancellation Policy

Registration closed on Monday 6 June 2005. Cancellations notified in writing by that date were eligible for a refund less an administrative fee of £50.00 for all delegates. We regret that no refund can be made after that date for whatever reason, although substitutions will be acceptable if notified in writing before the event.
