Introduction to CAL Package

 
This CAL Package has been designed to help students to understand 
  • the anatomy of the eyeball
  • the embryological development of the eye
  • the anatomy of the lens
  • cataract


In order for students to test their understanding, there are two quizzes at the end and a case study to illustrate cataract pathogenesis.

  • histological slides and scanning electron micrographs preparation
  • observation of cataract operations
  • photography of slides at the Western Infirmary Pathology Department
