Designated Degree students: Notifying your intentions for next session

If you are in Year 3 of a Designated Degree programme, you must submit this webform to indicate your intentions for next year, even if you are leaving the University. The deadline for submission is Monday 18 April.

Decide which of the two alternatives below is applicable to you, select the appropriate radio button then submit the webform.

1) I intend to graduate this summer:

2) I wish to be considered for transfer to Honours Year 4:

The requirements for transfer to Honours Year 4 are set out in "2010/11 Regulations and Advice for Level 3 and 4 Students", which is available on the Level-3 General Information and Molecular Methods Moodle site.

We won't know whether or not you are qualified to transfer to Honours until the Year 3 results are published, which will be after the graduation enrolment period. Therefore, you should enrol for summer graduation EVEN IF you are applying for transfer to Honours in case your application is unsuccessful. If you are offered a transfer, you can then inform the Registry that you will not be graduating after all this summer and the fee will be carried forward until next year.
