Marine Mammal Biology Option

Session 2011–2012

I would like to apply for a place on the Marine Mammal Biology Option in the summer vacation (4-14 July/8-18 July). I understand that in order to attend the field course, I shall be required to:

1. Provide all of the details requested on page 1 of this form
2. Pay the full course cost of £630*. A deposit of £50 is required and full balance paid 1 month prior to the start of the course.
3. Attend any/all of the information sessions prior to the field course.

*Accommodation will be provided at the University Marine Biological Station (UMBSM) student hostel (single sex twin room) and at Arle Lodge, Mull http://www.arlelodge.co.uk/ (single sex 2-4 per room). A supplement of £54 if students want a single room (Millport only). All meals will be provided at UMBSM but on Mull it is self catering and you must pay for your own meals for 4 days. Students are expected to make their own way to/from Millport. Please note that numbers are limited to 22 on each course.
