University of Vienna

The Universität Wien (University of Vienna) is a public university founded in 1365. With almost 90,000 students it is one of the biggest universities in Europe. It is especially renowned in the humanities and associated with 15 Nobel Prize winners. The campus is located right in the city centre.

Vienna is one of the most liveable cities in the world. Vienna is host to many major international organizations, including the United Nations and OPEC. The city is located in the eastern part of Austria and is close to the borders of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
