University of Nottingham Ningbo Campus, China

The University of Nottingham Ningbo China is an overseas campus of the University of Nottingham, situated in the city of Ningbo in the coastal province of Zhejiang, near Shanghai, China. Ningbo campus provides purpose-built facilities for 5,000 students, including on-site residential facilities for all students and staff; restaurants and shops and a dedicated sports complex as well as teaching, research and student services buildings.

Ningbo is 7,000 years old, populated with more than six million people and covering more than 1,000 square kilometres, Ningbo is a rapidly growing city. Ranked in the top ten of cities for business in China by Forbes, it is a thriving blend of enterprise, culture, education, tradition and entertainment. Unique temples and intricate streets house markets boasting a variety of antiques, textiles and Ningbo cuisine.
