University of Alabama, USA

The University of Alabama was established in 1831 and has approximately 37,000 students. It was one of the first universities on the southwestern frontier and has been ranked as one of the top 50 public universities in the US.

Tuscaloosa is a city in west-central Alabama. It is located on the banks of the Black Warrior river and has a population of 95,000. It is known for the University of Alabama’s success in sports, particularly American football. Tuscaloosa is ranked among the most liveable cities in the US, is amongst the ‘100 best communities for young people’, ’50 best college towns’ and the best places to launch a small business.
